About us
We built Stockagile because inventory chaos costs retailers too much
Stockagile began with a simple frustration: retailer after retailer ran lean operations, yet learned a bestseller was out of stock only after customers had left.
Our mission
Give every multichannel retailer forecasting clarity without a full data team
Large retail groups can pay for demand planners, supply chain analysts, and BI tools. A 4-store chain with 8,000 SKUs cannot. Stockagile fills the gap with a system that does the same work, connects to the same channels, and provides the same reorder signal quality at a sensible price for small-to-mid retailers.
We grow through recommendations from retailers who use us. We are not trying to become an enterprise platform. Our focus is the 3-to-30 location retailer that needs to know what to reorder next week and for which stores, without a consultant or analyst involved.
Our story
Miquel spent several years in retail operations at a Spanish fashion group before joining an inventory analytics startup. Every retailer he worked with shared one blind spot: they knew the totals, but not which store needed which SKU that week without extensive manual work.
He partnered with Jordi, who had built data pipelines for retail ERP systems. They spent the first year speaking with buyers at independent clothing boutiques and small sporting goods chains to understand the real workflow, not only the integration spec.
Stockagile was incorporated in Madrid in 2025. We serve retailers across Spain, Portugal, and France, aiming to become the standard reorder tool for EU mid-market retailers.

How we work
Four things we never compromise on
Truthful numbers
We show the forecast confidence interval, not only the point estimate. A forecast you trust includes its uncertainty.
Buyers own their time
The reorder queue is ready each Monday. Buyers review, approve, and move on, rather than investigate from scratch.
No black boxes
Each reorder suggestion explains its source: recent sales velocity, lead time, and safety stock threshold. Buyers can override it with full context.
Works with your tools
We do not ask retailers to replace their POS or ERP. Stockagile connects to what you have and adds the forecasting layer.
Based in Madrid
Near the retailers we serve
We are based in Madrid because most early customers are Iberian retailers with physical stores in Spanish cities. Being close lets us visit a customer's buying room, see how the team works, and bring that insight back to the product.
Our support team responds in Spanish, Catalan, and English. Onboarding calls fit the buying calendar, not ours.
